A seasoned industry leader with over 18 years of global experience, Mr. Harender Poddar brings visionary leadership and deep technical expertise to TRANSCARE. As the Co-founder and CEO, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s mission to deliver integrated logistics, engineering, and operational solutions that exceed client expectations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Poddar has successfully led more than 80 projects worldwide, spanning supply chain management, warehousing, ship management, new vessel construction, conversions, complex dry-docking, emergency repairs, and project execution. His unique ability to navigate both technical and commercial dimensions of maritime operations sets him apart in the logistics and engineering space.
